Connection Timeout Request OAuth Token

Hello,

I am having trouble getting an oauth token to download the GTFS timetables for real-time on our failover server. It works okay for the primary server, but I can’t figure out the problem for backup servers.

I didn’t see IPs in application settings. Any suggestions on how to get it working?

Hi @Webmaster, we recommend you use API key authentication instead. Please give it a try and let me know if you have further issues.
