Using realtime vehicle postion

when using the api.

Can somebody tell me whats going on?

The data is GTFS-realtime which is encoded in a binary format called Protocol Buffers.

Have a look at some other threads in the forum such as this one that may help point you in the right direction. Realtime Trip Updates API returnes unreadable response
