Thanks for reporting this issue.

The second polyline couldn’t be matched as it traversed road segments that are marked as “private” on OpenStreetMap.

Earlier today, we deployed a change to the configuration to be more lenient and allow traversal of private roads. Polyline2 should now be matchable.
