departureTimeEstimated fields recently unpopulated

Hi there,

I’ve been pulling data from the departure_mon api for stopID 10115610. For the past few months departureTimeEstimated has come back populated but this is no longer the case since I pulled down more data last week. I thought it would be unlikely that all the busses for that stop had their Realtime data pulled, is anyone aware of any changes made for that stop recently?
