I see State Transit Newcastle is replaced by Newcastle Transport with a different agency_id.

Have the old State Transit Newcastle routes been moved to a different agency?

Newcastle Transport - OSMBSC005 bundle has expired, please use NISC001

The OSMBSC005 agency bundle for State Transit Newcastle expired at the end of last month. You may have noticed that the files are empty for that agency in the GTFS bundle. We have deployed the NISC001 bundle for Newcastle Transport, which should be used from now on. https://api.transport.nsw.gov.au/v1/gtfs/schedule/buses/NISC001 If you have any issues with this please let us know. New Newcastle Transport Network from 14 January 2018

There is a new Newcastle Transport Network starting from 14 January. The data is now available in the GTFS/TXC feeds. We’ve also updated the network map which can be found at this dataset: Most routes are completely different, not just in the numbers but in the route paths. The overall network has similarities to the current but it is not a one-to-one relationship at the individual route level. Some sections are identical but very few whole routes are.
