I would like to be able to get a set of the current traffic jams and their delays for an application.

• Historic Roads Travel Time Data (TTDS) | TfNSW Open Data Hub and Developer Portal
• Datasets | TfNSW Open Data Hub and Developer Portal (Live Traffic APIs and others)
