The realtime feed trip updates (GTFS-RT) provides, accordiing to the documentation, predicted arrival/departure times (and delay with respect to schedule) of all active trips + trips to be in the next period.
However, when or after a bus passes a stop, the ‘predicted’ time becomes certain. Is a stop still included in the trip updates after or on the moment a trip passes a certain stop? Can it therefore be derived from the trip updates what the actual / realized delay was on a certain stop?
