BUS: actual arrival time at each stop from GTFS-R

Hi,

Just wondering if there’s a way to find out the actual arrival time at each stop from GTFS-R ?
TripUpdates give the predicted arrival time and using vehiclePositions data can be a bit complicated to compute.

Any ideas?
