Changes to the Timetables Complete GTFS dataset

There will be some changes to the Timetables Complete GTFS dataset happening on May 22.

Route_types will be changing to align with the other GTFS bundles/files. For more information see page 10, section 7.4 Field notes - route_type in the release notes document below.
