Opendata.transport.nsw.gov.au log in issue

Hi All,

I am a new user, just registered a account in opendata.transport.nsw.gov.au, I can login right after registered the account or reset my password, but once I log off and log in again, I got 403 error after I click log in. The message on 403 page is:

403 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.

Request blocked.

Did anyone experience this before and is there any way to fix this ? I got the same issue when uses chrome and IE

Hi @microtown, we haven’t encountered that problem before. I checked your account and there doesn’t seem to be an issue with it. Can you please try again? You can also reset your password if you need to or we can do that for you if you’re having issues with that too.
