What is the process for reporting inaccuracies/problems with vehicles details - in particular GPS locations. For example, 7419MO operating for Busways OMR6 shows operating services in Gosford, Woy Woy etc. but its coordinates show the vehicle in Leichhardt Sydney and don’t update with the vehicles actual movements.
I have other examples on vehicles reporting no location at all.
What is the process for reporting issues like this and to who are they reported to?
