GTFS-Realtime getVehiclePosition source data refresh interval for Sydney Trains

Hi,

What is the current refresh interval time for the Sydney Trains GPS location data source? (Used in the GTFS-Realtime getVehiclePosition)

I did a rough estimation and it looks like around 15-20 seconds before the next update but would be good to confirm this please.
