Sydney Trains vehiclepos feed is missing trains south of Dapto

I’ve just noticed that since control of the South Coast branch line was transferred to the OMCC at Homebush in early September, trains no longer report in the Sydney Trains vehiclepos feed between Dapto and Kiama and just stay stuck before Dapto station.

I would presume there was a plan to restore this coverage after the transfer of control but just wanted to flag it here in case it’s fallen off the radar.

Yes, Sydney Trains are aware and have been working on and testing a resolution.

  • There is a planned date to implement this fix to production on 2nd Nov 2024.

I’ll keep the forum updated in the lead up to this planned release - there may be a slight outage :slight_smile:
