Sydney Trains trips with no pick up, drop off or headsigns

There are trains in the Sydney trains GTFS that have no headsign, no pick up and no drop off.
From the GTFS file https://api.transport.nsw.gov.au/v1/gtfs/schedule/ GET /sydneytrains

Are these trips for commuters?

Hi @AnetteTuef, these are non-revenue services and trips that are not matched to a valid route. Trips with route RTTA_REV and RTTA_DEF should also not be displayed to customers.
