FYI there was a slight update to the way alerts are categorised in the Sydney Trains GTFS-R feed this week.
Previously alerts for relatively minor events such as lift outages were coming across as:
cause: OTHER_CAUSE
effect: SIGNIFICANT_DELAYS
This has been updated to:
cause: OTHER_CAUSE
effect: UNKNOWN_EFFECT
