Missing agency_id in routes.txt in GTFS bundle

Hi there,

We have noticed that the latest complete static GTFS bundle (downloaded yesterday) contains a missing (i.e. blank) agency_id for one of the routes (the last one in routes.txt). This has caused our import process to fail and requires us to manually modify the data to fix it.

Could you please take a look at the problem?

The route in question is the following:

"98-2S-sj2-1","","2S","Coalcliff to Stanwell Park","Temporary buses","714","00B5EF","FFFFFF"
