Hey All,
I am working on idea to build a small transport app that can make use of the open data provided here. I want the app to be simple at first, maybe something that shows live bus or train timings with a clean user interface. I might add features such a route planning or fare estimation.
I am still figuring out the best stack to use. I am leaning towards ReactJS for the front end since I have been brushing up on it recently. I also came across some ReactJS Training resources which gave me a better idea of how powerful it can be for building interactive UIs.
Has anyone here built a similar project using transport open data? If yes, what challenges did you face while handling the data feeds and APIs? Any advice on managing performance, accuracy, or even choosing the right tools really helpful.
