Today I tried downloading static GTFS feed using commandline wget. It returns
ERROR: cannot verify opendata.transport.nsw.gov.au’s certificate, issued by '/C=US/O=Symantec Corporation/OU=Symantec Trust Network/CN=Symantec Class 3 Secure Server CA - G4’:
Unable to locally verify the issuer’s authority.
In the past I have successfully downloaded using the same commandline
wget --user=me --password=my-password [https://opendata.transport.nsw.gov.au/direct/full\_greater\_sydney\_gtfs\_static.zip](https://opendata.transport.nsw.gov.au/direct/full_greater_sydney_gtfs_static.zip)

We’re looking into it… I suspect it’s got to do with the change in URL to developer.transport.nsw.gov.au for the file… we’ll post a work around shortly.
